Video Update #2

Heya!

So, you know I said a while ago that I would knuckle down and get into blogging again properly soon? Well that hasn't happened yet....BUT I am starting a new job soon, with set days and things, so I will be able to have set days to blog and take pics etc :) Can't wait to have a bit of routine! I wanted to do more of a fun post today, but I haven't got time to take pics and stuff before work, so I thought I'd do another video update :)

This was my first 'Shopping my stash' style video, which I really enjoyed, and did actually make me re kindle my love for some things :)

Next up, was a favourites video, with bloopers of course :)

Lastly for this post, is my first entry into the Dolly Bow Bow Awards- which was a fashion haul.

So there's a roundup of my more recent videos :)

Shopping My Stash #1- Skincare

Evening! 

A few days ago, I did my first Shopping my Stash video, which you can see here.

I've done a post on the makeup bits I mentioned, which you can read here, so I though I would do a seperate post on the skincare bits I am trying to use at the moment! 

Excuse the terrible picture- this is what happens when your brain tells you it's a good idea to take a picture at 9.30 in the evening!

• Body Shop Tea Tree Skin Clearing Facial Wash- I did a post on how much I hated this product, but my skin has changed alot recently, so I'm hoping it will be second time lucky, and that this will miraculously clear up my skin! :)
• Elizabeth Arden 2 in 1 Cleanser- This is supposed to be a cleanser and a toner. I have no idea why I stopped using this, it's such a beautiful product! Smells amazing, lathers up really nicely and leaves your skin feeling so, so soft and smooth.
• Soap and Glory No Clogs Allowed face mask- This is one of those self heating masks, which I'm not a huge fan of.  I stopped using this when I discovered S&G The Fab Pore face mask, but that has run out, so I'm back onto this one! My skin is terrible at the moment, so hopefully this will help keep it under control!
• De Vere Aloe Vera Skin Care Gel- I think originally I bought this to put on sunburn, but when I found this lurking at the bottom of my drawer, I did a bit of research, and Aloe Vera gel has so many uses and benefits! I am going to be using this as a spot gel, and a hand cream :)
• Steamcream- I bought this a while ago, used it for a bit, and then totally forgot about it. It's a multi purpose cream, I am going to be using it mainly as a moisturiser, and possibly as a hand cream if the Aloe Vera gel doesn't work out!

Shopping My Stash #1- Makeup

Howdy partners! 

I love reading these types of posts on other people's blogs- especially the Sunday Girl's. 

ShadesOfKassie also does a 'Weekly Makeup Basket' video, which is a similar idea, and great to watch. 

As I am on a spending ban, I thought it would be fun to do this type of post, as it means I can focus on particular products I have, and try to use them up. Not only will this encourage me to switch up my skincare and makeup, it will also (hopefully!) mean I'll get through some products, so that I don't have such a ridiculous amount of stuff that I don't use!

Anyway, rant over...

I will be trying to use- MAC Melba blush, which is such a good, easy to wear every day shade that I am slightly ashamed to say I find a bit boring...

Topshop cream Blush in Flush, which is a lovely colour but I don't know how to wear it! Anyone have any tips on application?

Then Revlon quad in Neutral Khakis, which I have forgotten about since I got my MUA Heaven and Earth Palette.

Lastly Ben Nye LSP 2 Fashion Lip Colour Palette which is full of creamy, pigmented, beautiful lip shades that I'd forgotten I owned!

So, I will be trying to use these a bit more :) I've also got some skincare/bath stuff that I'm trying to use more of, but I though I'd split up the posts so that they weren't too long :)

Are we all guilty of having far too many products, and forgetting what we own, or is it just me?!
