December Glossybox!

Hey Guys! 

I've been subscribed to Glossybox for about 3 months now, and last month I was really disappointed with it. Admittedly, that's probably because I'd spoiled the surprise and read about what other people got before mine was delivered, so I made sure I stayed away from Glossybox posts and vids for the last week or so! I'd decided that this was my make or break month - if I was disappointed again, I was going to cancel my subscription.

So, on to the box! To embrace the festive season this month, the box was bright red instead of the usual baby pink. Being a red girl, (by that I mean that I like the colour red, not that I'm a tomato head), I was pretty much sold once I'd seen the colour!

I'm really impressed with the contents of this months box, there's only one thing I probably wouldn't use, 5 out of 6 is pretty good!

• Cargo Cosmetics classic lip gloss

'Cargo's new Lip Gloss formulation! Perfect shades, great wear and high-shine without being sticky.'

This is the one thing I probably won't use, purely because I'm not a lipgloss fan. This is a nice, coraly/pinky gloss with a slight shimmer. I'll probably give this to a gloss loving friend of mine!

• Deborah Lippmann Razzle Dazzle mini nail varnish with Stripped to Go Sachet

'Party glitter nail colour with a sachet of the most amazing polish remover finger nail mitt.'

Any glittery varnish is a hit with me! The colour is really nice, a purpley/black with pink glitter. We all know how tricky glittery varnishes are to remove, so I'm sure the mitt will come in handy!

•  FAB Face Cleanser 

'A mild, nourishing cleanser that's ideal for all skin types. Calms redness and reduces skin reactivity with regular use.'

I'm really interested to try this as I love using cleansers with water, and I do suffer with a bit of redness around my nose. 

• Noveau Lashes noir mascara 

'Quick drying flake-free formula and dramatic volume from just one application. Excellent staying power.'

This is the product I'm most happy about! I've got really short, straight lashes that refuse to look nice! I haven't yet found a mascara that gives me lashes that I'm happy with, I tend to just wear falsies. The brush on this looks really good, I hate mascaras with big brushes such as Max Factor false lash effect, I just find them so clumsy! Fingers crossed this one will be good :)  

 

• Rituals Foaming shower gel- White lotus and green tea

This smells lush, really clean and fresh! I'm always in the bath, so more shower gel can only be a good thing!

So, that was this month's box :) I'm very happy with it, and just hope they can carry on impressing!
